Université Grenoble Alpes in partnership with ‘La Poste’ (the french post office) offers to each student a digital safe named Digiposte.

Presentation

Digiposte is a digital safe where you can centralize, archive and manage all your important files. You can upload all kinds of documents. Université Grenoble Alpes can also upload originals documents on it, for example your university transcripts or certificates of achievement.

These files are originals and are as valid as the paper formats. They carry a seal of certification, so you can supply this digital format from Digiposte to organisms that need it.

Digiposte can also work as a shared space where you can share your documents with any organism you want directly from the platform. They can view the original document online and print it as a copy. You can also do it from a smartphone.

That completely free digital safe is available for you for an unlimited time. You can to archive up to 3GB of documents like ID copies, certificates, bills, etc.


Nota bene

Your Digiposte account has to be fully completed to make sure everything works properly (please refer to the PDF procedure or the video tutorial on this page).

You can find links to join, access or ask help about Digiposte on your Intranet LEO by clicking on ‘Outils’ → ‘Tous les outils numériques’ → ‘Digiposte’ under the ‘Scolarité’ section.


Former students (you no longer have access to LEO)

  • If you had completed your Digiposte safe: consult the "Aide" section of Digiposte to recover your ID.
  • If you had not completed the creation of your safe: contact your former school administration to obtain the desired document or to request a provisional finalization link.
  • If you don't remember to have completed or not the creation of your safe: contact sos-etudiants@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr specifying your UGA student number.


Legal notice

As part of changing to a paperless system, UGA opted for the use of a personal digital safe (Digiposte) operated by the company ‘La Poste’ and on which will be uploaded your university transcripts, certificates of achievement and other academic documents.
This process is based on the university’s legitimate interest and doesn’t require your consent for the pre-creation of your account on the service provider’s platform.
Under the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data and in accordance with the provisions of French amended Law of 6 January 1978 you have the right to access, rectify, and delete all data concerning you. You can exercise these rights by connecting to the Digiposte platform.
In the event of failure to comply with these provisions, you have right to file a complaint to the CNIL on www.cnil.fr
