Affluences (university libraries attendance)

The Affluences application allows you to know in real time the number of visitors to the university libraries, and also to reserve a seat.
With Affluences, you will be able to:
  • know in real time the number of visitors and if there is any free place in the library;
  • plan your visit according to the attendance forecasts for the next few hours;
  • find out the opening hours of the libraries and be notified of closures or exceptional events;
  • reserve a group workspace online (service temporarily unavailable due to the health crisis).

This applies to the main university libraries on the Saint-Martin-d'Hères campus (BU Droits et Lettres (Law and Literature), BU Sciences and BU Médecine et Pharmacie (Medicine and Pharmacy)).
