Your consent for the use of your personal data is necessary to make sure the IT services are running smoothly.
Authorisation to communicate your personal information
When you enrolled at the Université Grenoble Alpes, personal data about you was collected. They are processed by computer for various purposes and are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation and the French amended law of 6 January 1978 known as the "Data Protection Act".
Some processing operations are obligatory, in compliance with the law and regulations, and you may not object to them.
Other processing isn’t obligatory and requires your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
The consent isn't updated every academic year, it remains valid as long as you are registered as a UGA student.
The first time you log on to the LEO intranet, you will be asked to fill in the consent form:
If you have already logged on to the LEO intranet and want to change your consents, click on your name (top right of the page), a menu will appear, click on "Modifier mes consentements” (Change my consents):
Then select UGA - Université Grenoble Alpes.
Authorisation to access applications
Some applications are proposed by the university and require your consent before being used.
To view them, click on "Appli" in the menu bar at the top of the consent page:
