Without your login details, you can’t access all of the university's IT and digital services. Here's what to do if you lost them.
Go to LEO, the student Intranet (for example) and click on the link "Mot de passe oublié” (“Forgotten password”) of the authentication page. This link will take you to an automated recovery procedure for your login details from Copass, the UGA password manager.
If the online recovery procedure doesn’t work you must contact students IT support (“SOS Etudiants”) by email at sos-etudiant@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr specifying your name, first name, date of birth and student number.
