If you are a new member of Université Grenoble Alpes, then welcome! Here is a summary of the different services you may need throughout your university life.

Service Numérique des Pièces Justificatives - SNPJ (submission of required documents for UGA admission)

The Digital Document Submission Service (SNPJ) allows you to submit the required documents for your university admission. Since last year, the security of this platform has been enhanced, and you must log in with your UGA ID to access it and submit your documents.

If you are a new UGA student, you must wait between 48 and 72 hours after your registration to receive your UGA ID and be able to access the platform and submit your required documents.
 

The student portal

The IT services catalog that you are currently on is only about the digital and IT topics of the university, however, there is also a website dedicated to students where you can find other topics: managing your budget, health, finding accommodation, transport, legal advice and a variety of information to help you live your student life to the fullest.
